Normal hour cruise ticket

  • Cancellations made more than 4 days prior to the departure date will incur a 50% total price.

  • Cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior to the departure date will incur a 70% total price.

  • Cancellations made within 2 days of the departure date are non-refundable.

Fireshow hour ticket and ticket with dinner (Combo ticket)

  • Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to the departure date will incur a 50% total price.

  • Cancellations made 3 to 5 days prior to the departure date will incur a 70% total price.

  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the departure date are non-refundable.

Tickets for holidays and special festival events.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the departure date will incur a 50% total price.
  • Cancellations made 10 to 29 days prior to the departure date will incur a 70% total price.
  • Cancellations made within 9 days of the departure date are non-refundable.

Note: The cancellation deadline is calculated based on 7:00 PM.

In the event that the cruise is suspended due to force majeure reasons such as rain, storms, strong winds, technical issues, or requests from the city authorities and relevant government agencies, the cruise operator will provide a full refund of the ticket amount to guests.
